Talented services are offered for
students at the Elementary, Middle and High School
level. The BR Center for Visual and Performing
Arts is one of the most popular elementary schools in
the Parish.. |

Competitions |
|
|
Individual and team competition is
encouraged in the G/T program. Students routinely
participate in the State Science & Engineering Fair,
Social Studies Fair, and Math Count. Students also
have opportunities to display their talent in individual
exhibitions, Honor Orchestras and National Competitions
for Jazz Band and Choirs. |

Auditioning for the
All-Parish Orchestra:
Try-outs for the Baton Rouge All-Parish
Orchestra brought over 200 Elementary and Middle School aged
children together in hopes of being selected. It was a
great experience filled with interesting sites and sounds.
