Education This is the place to start! ERIC is an acronym for
the Educational Resources Information Center. The ERIC Clearinghouse on
Disabilities and Gifted Education (ERIC EC) is part of the National Library
of Education (NLE), Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI),
U.S. Department of Education. It is operated by The Council for Exceptional
Children (CEC). ERIC EC provides information on the education of individuals
with disabilities as well as those who are gifted. A comprehensive range of
very informative digests.
